Flatbed Die Cutter
Kelly Box has a flatbed die cutter that cuts against a rotary anvil. The machine uses air pressure to hold the blank against the die-board, and a vacuum to pull the skeleton away from the finished part. This allows the machine to cut very precisely and remove scrap all in one pass. The parts are then stacked neatly in bundles.

This machine eliminates the need for many hand-stripping jobs, and produces parts without nicks or scrap. The acquisition of this machine frees up time for other machinery at our other multiple locations by taking on jobs.
This installation also requires an upgrade of our scrap system that doubles the capacity of the system.
