With Kelly Box's portable 3D scanners, we are able to create a virtual image of customer products and place it in a custom virtual package for viewing. We are able to do all of this without ever removing your product from the customer location. A salesperson can visit customer facilities with a 3D scanner and scan the product, then instantly send the 3D image to our engineers. We are then able to visualize the product within the customer's plant, in transit, and to its final location.

Kelly Box has a flatbed die cutter that cuts against a rotary anvil. The machine uses  air pressure to hold the blank against the die-board, and a vacuum to pull the skeleton away from the finished part. This allows the machine to cut very precisely and remove scrap all in one pass. The parts are then stacked neatly in bundles.

Kelly Box's newest Flexo-Folder Gluer machine is up and running. This machine has a diecut section that has proved to be incredibly useful in the production of 1-2-3-Bottom boxes as well as regular-slotted-cartons with tear-away panels. 

This additional machine has been installed in the Indianapolis location, giving both our north and manufacturing plants the capability of specializing in 1-2-3-Bottoms. 

1-2-3 Bottoms benefit customers by reducing labor costs within assembly while still retaining strength and clean design.
