Stock Poly Bags
Kelly Box is your one stop for stock poly bags. If your need is large or small, straight or gusseted, wicketed or vented, we have them all. We have bags as small as 3x3 up to 38x65 and
1 mil to 6 mil. To make sure the bag fits your product, here are two easy calculations:
For a Round Product: Circumference = Diameter x 3.14
Multiply the diameter of the container by 3.14. This equals the circumference of the bag. Divide by 2 to get the flat width. Add 1 inch to the width for a looser fit.
Measure the length of the product. Add 1/2 the diameter to the length of the container plus 4 to 6 inches to allow for an overlap or to bunch and tie the bag closed.
For a Square or Rectangular Product: Add up the width of two adjacent sides plus 4 inches to allow for a proper fit. This gives you the flat width needed.
Measure the length of the product plus half the value of the shortest side. Add 4 to 6 inches to allow for an overlap or to bunch and tie the bag closed.
Special Order Poly Bags
Kelly Box has the resources to provide you with the right poly bag for your particular application. We will help you determine whether you need linear low density, hexane, VCI or other specialized bags. Whether you need a 1 mil., a 6 mil., or anything in between we have access to it.
Recommended Uses: Poly bags provide excellent protection from light abrasion, dust, sunlight (when applicable), inclement weather, and a myriad of other uses.
Gussetted and Poly Rolls
By gussetting a poly bag you create a bag that fits your product more closely. Poly sheeting may be used to wrap around a product or, in some applications, as a way to protect finishes from abrasion. Gussetted bags are available in custom and stock sizes and in a variety of mil thickness. Poly rolls are available in a variety of sizes and mil thicknesses as well.
