Manufactured Cartons
Kelly Box has the ability to manufacture virtually any size or style of corrugated carton you may need to safely pack and ship your product. Whether you need single wall, double wall or triple wall protection, we will manufacture the carton to meet your needs.

Corrugated Pads
Kelly Box offers a wide selection of corrugated pads. If your product requires more than just a pad, we can custom design and diecut a pad to meet your specific needs. Pads are available in single-wall through triple-wall construction.
Recommended Uses: Pads can be used as partitions for protection or as a stacking aide.
Die Cutting
We offer a wide variety of options in corrugated die cuts. Some boxes are actually die cuts; special lock bottom boxes are used when ease of setup is desired. Die cut pads can be used to hold products in place inside a carton. A one piece folder (OPF) is another example of die cut. It wraps around the product to provide a simple and cost effective alternative to a regular slotted carton.
